Yatis, Karen and Kenny decided to set up Yatiswara, Ng & Chan in August 2021 with the intention of providing specialised construction contract drafting services and litigation and arbitration services in the fields of construction law, oil and gas law, land law, land acquisition law, tort law, contract law, administrative law, town planning and local authority law, company law and the law of equity.
